Navisa Relay for professionals

Review fit before the full file. Accept into an organized workspace.

Create a Relay profile, receive consented applicant summaries, and decide whether a request fits your practice before any documents or contact details are released.

The complete Relay path

Fit first. Full file after acceptance.

Each state has a visible boundary. Nothing depends on an implied or automatic transfer.

1. Publish your profile

Declare your license, locations, languages, and program areas. Applicants see the license as declared with a link to the relevant official register.

2. Review a bounded summary

See the applicant’s program interest, readiness signals, and document types—not the document files, contact details, or full intake.

3. Decide independently

Accept, decline with a coded operational reason, or let the request expire. Navisa does not sell ranking or take a percentage of the professional retainer.

4. Work from the accepted case

Acceptance creates the normal Navisa case workspace, seeds the frozen intake and summary, and starts the consented document copy with visible progress.

The consent boundary

Know exactly what changes at acceptance.

Relay separates the information needed to review fit from the information needed to begin professional work.

What you can assess before accepting

  • Program interest and a structured readiness summary
  • Document-type inventory and status counts
  • Language and province fit
  • No files, contact details, or private intake answers

What acceptance does

  • Creates a normal case in your Navisa workspace
  • Unlocks the consented contact and frozen intake information
  • Starts the document copy and exposes transfer status
  • Uses standard Navisa case billing—not a referral commission or percentage of fees

Trust, without overclaiming

Navisa organizes the handoff. The professional relationship remains separate.

Navisa does not vet, recommend, or endorse a listed professional. Applicants should verify a declared license on the linked official register. Navisa does not provide legal advice, promise an outcome, or become a party to the professional retainer.

A professional handoff should not start from zero.
