The complete Relay path

Control first. Handoff second.

Each state has a visible boundary. Nothing depends on an implied or automatic transfer.

1. Prepare your workspace

Use Navisa Prep to organize intake answers, document statuses, and open issues before you request professional help.

2. Browse by relevant fit

Filter professionals by province and language. Ranking uses program fit and responsiveness—not payment or Navisa endorsement.

3. Review and grant consent

Choose one professional and review what is shared now versus what becomes available only after acceptance. The checkbox is never pre-selected.

4. Acceptance creates the handoff

If the professional accepts, Navisa creates an organized case workspace and starts copying the consented documents. The professional then controls the new client file.

The consent boundary

Know exactly what changes at acceptance.

Relay separates the information needed to review fit from the information needed to begin professional work.

Before a professional accepts

  • Your name, program interest, and readiness summary
  • Document types and statuses—never the files themselves
  • No contact details, intake answers, or full workspace access
  • You may withdraw while the request is still pending

After a professional accepts

  • The professional receives your contact details and frozen intake answers
  • An organized case workspace is created immediately
  • The consented document copy starts and reports transfer progress
  • Representation terms and professional fees are arranged separately with the professional

Trust, without overclaiming

Navisa organizes the handoff. The professional relationship remains separate.

Navisa does not vet, recommend, or endorse a listed professional. Applicants should verify a declared license on the linked official register. Navisa does not provide legal advice, promise an outcome, or become a party to the professional retainer.
