The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) will conduct targeted Expression of Interest (EOI) draws to invite individuals who were issued Support Letters under the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program Candidates, and who have successfully obtained a work permit under this public policy, to apply for provincial nomination.

Eligible employers will benefit from a 15% cap — instead of the usual 10% cap — on the proportion of temporary foreign workers in low-wage positions.
