The BC PNP is replacing its current International Graduate and International Post-Graduate streams with three new streams (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate) launching in the second week of January 2025. Final International Graduate ITAs (including Express Entry) will be issued in November 2024, and International Post-Graduate applications close January 7, 2025 (9 a.m.). No grandfathering will occur. New streams require NOC TEER 1/2/3 job offers (TEER 0 excluded), planned minimum CLB 8 language, Bachelor's indeterminate job offers (or 1-year for priority tech), Master's 1-year full-time jobs. Language minimums are also increasing for Skilled Worker and ELSS streams. Consultants should note the December/January transition deadlines and that degree completion documentation is required at application time.

When a change lands, the engine re-checks the files it affects
Navisa is an AI file-prep engine for Canadian immigration firms. It reads the documents on a file, cross-checks them, runs the eligibility analysis against retrieved official sources, and flags what an officer would — citations attached. It does not replace the judgment of a licensed immigration professional; a consultant reviews and approves the work.
Navisa Prep is document-preparation software for individuals — cited comparisons and options, never advice. The Navisa platform is the case engine for licensed firms.
