Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program employer job offer streams: employer guide | ontario.ca

The OINP has consolidated the Foreign Worker, International Student, and In-Demand Skills streams into the new Ontario Workforce Priority stream. Eligibility has been expanded to include all NOC occupations (previously restricted by TEER or specific lists). Employer revenue requirements were also overhauled: while the $1,000,000 (GTA) and $500,000 (specified urban centers) thresholds remain, a new $250,000 threshold (over the last two years) now applies to employers in smaller/rural regions. Additionally, transportation employers can no longer qualify with a 'Satisfactory Unaudited' CVOR rating.

When a change lands, the engine re-checks the files it affects

Navisa is an AI file-prep engine for Canadian immigration firms. It reads the documents on a file, cross-checks them, runs the eligibility analysis against retrieved official sources, and flags what an officer would — citations attached. It does not replace the judgment of a licensed immigration professional; a consultant reviews and approves the work.

Navisa Prep is document-preparation software for individuals — cited comparisons and options, never advice. The Navisa platform is the case engine for licensed firms.
