WelcomeBC - Immigrate to BC - WelcomeBC

WelcomeBC's BC PNP overview page was substantially restructured as of June 17, 2026 to introduce a formal three-pillar priority framework (Care, Build, Innovate) with full sector-specific NOC occupation lists and ITA eligibility conditions. Key new rules include: ECEs must hold a one-year or five-year ECE Registry certificate; French-speaking teachers (NOC 41220/41221) must work in the public K-12 system and hold CLB 5+ in French; construction trade workers must hold a SkilledTradesBC certificate or registered apprenticeship; NOC 33100 dental assistants must be licensed; NOC 42201 social/community service workers must hold a diploma or degree. The Health Authority stream eligible occupation list was also significantly expanded with 13+ newly listed NOC codes.

This change is tracked from its official source above. A clause-level citation excerpt is not yet attached — Navisa attaches one only once it has been verified against the source text.

When a change lands, the engine re-checks the files it affects

Navisa is an AI file-prep engine for Canadian immigration firms. It reads the documents on a file, cross-checks them, runs the eligibility analysis against retrieved official sources, and flags what an officer would — citations attached. It does not replace the judgment of a licensed immigration professional; a consultant reviews and approves the work.
