A new Program Delivery Update was added at the top of the IRCC PDU list on September 21, 2026: “Contractual service suppliers and independent professionals – CETA, CUKTCA and CKFTA” (category tr). All previously listed PDUs and the page intro text are unchanged. Consultants handling IMP work permits under CETA, CUKTCA, or CKFTA should review the new PDU for revised instructions.
